Please ensure all items are securely packed to prevent damage during transit to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the unused blanks in their original boxes, ensuring the RMA number is clearly written on the outside of the package.

• 3.
  Ship to Our Warehouse

  Send your parcel using a tracked shipping service to our UK distribution center; please retain your proof of postage until the return is processed.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 working days.
