What are sublimation blanks?
Sublimation blanks are specialized products with a high-quality polyester coating or content designed to absorb sublimation inks. When heat is applied, the ink turns into a gas and bonds with the surface, resulting in permanent, vibrant, and high-definition designs.
How long does shipping take within the UK?
We offer several shipping options. Standard delivery typically takes 2-3 working days, while our Express service aims for next-day delivery on orders placed before 1:00 PM GMT, Monday through Friday.
Do you provide ICC profiles or heating instructions for your products?
Yes, we provide recommended time, temperature, and pressure settings for all our blanks. These can be found on the individual product pages or within our downloadable resource guide to help you achieve the best printing results.
Can I return items if I am not satisfied?
We accept returns on unused and unopened items within 14 days of delivery. Please note that we cannot accept returns for products that have already been printed on or heat-pressed unless the item itself is found to be defective.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and Apple Pay. For large wholesale orders, we can also arrange bank transfers upon request.
Do you offer bulk discounts for trade customers?
Absolutely. We provide tiered pricing on the majority of our stock. The more you buy, the lower the unit price. For very large volume orders or regular trade accounts, please contact our sales team directly for a bespoke quote.
